This page (together with the documents referred to on it) outlines the terms and conditions ("Terms & Conditions") under which we supply any of the products ("Products") listed on our website, www.clooudie.com (the "Site") to you. The Products listed on the Site may be supplied directly by Clooudie.

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before ordering any Products from the Site. By ordering any of our Products, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. You can print a copy of these Terms & Conditions by selecting the print option from your browser’s "File" menu. Use of the Site is also subject to our Website Terms of Use, which apply whether or not you purchase any Products.

1. How the Contract is Formed Between You and Us

1.1 You may place an order for Products on the Site by following the onscreen prompts. Before submitting your order, you will have the opportunity to review and correct any errors. Once submitted, your order is considered final.

1.2 After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation with an order number and summary. This does not constitute acceptance of your order. Your order is an offer to purchase a Product, which we must accept. We will confirm acceptance via an email stating that the Product has been dispatched (the "Dispatch Confirmation"). The contract between us is formed only when we send the Dispatch Confirmation.

1.3 Each Contract applies only to Products whose dispatch we confirm in a Dispatch Confirmation. We are not obliged to supply any other Products in your order unless confirmed separately.

1.4 We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability or payment authorization issues.

1.5 If we are unable to process your order due to product unavailability or payment issues, we will notify you as soon as possible.

1.6 Some Products may have legal age restrictions. If you are underage, you may not order these Products. By making a purchase, you certify that all information you provide, including date of birth, is accurate.

2. Delivery

2.1 We will deliver the Products according to your selected shipping option at checkout.

2.2 Orders may be shipped in multiple packages. Delivery will be made to the address provided at checkout. We do not deliver to multiple addresses within the same order.

2.3 Some bulky or heavy items may have additional shipping fees, which will be displayed at checkout.

3. Risk and Ownership

3.1 Once delivered, the Products become your responsibility. We are not liable for loss, damage, or destruction after delivery unless the item was faulty or incorrectly shipped.

3.2 Ownership of Products transfers to you upon delivery or when we receive full payment, whichever is later.

4. Price and Payment

4.1 Product prices are as displayed on the Site, except in cases of pricing errors.

4.2 Prices do not include applicable sales tax, which will be calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.

4.3 Prices are subject to change but will not affect orders already confirmed with a Dispatch Confirmation.

4.4 Payment must be made in full before we process your order. Accepted payment methods include major credit and debit cards.

4.5 By using a credit or debit card, you confirm that it belongs to you. We use secure processing methods and do not store your full card details.

4.6 If we discover a pricing error, we may contact you before dispatch to confirm your order or cancel it and notify you of the cancellation.

5. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds

5.1 You may cancel your order at any time before dispatch. To cancel, contact us at hello@clooudie.com.

5.2 If your order has already been dispatched, you may return eligible Products within 30 days of receipt. To initiate a return, visit our Returns Center on the Site.

5.3 Some Products, such as perishable items or sealed health and hygiene Products, cannot be returned once opened, unless they are defective.

5.4 Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned item.

6. Our Liability

6.1 We are under a legal duty to supply Products that conform to the contract. However, we are not liable for indirect losses such as business interruptions or lost profits.

6.2 We do not limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or fraud.

6.3 You must follow all product usage instructions. We are not responsible for damages caused by misuse.

7. Events Beyond Our Control

We are not responsible for delays or failure to fulfill obligations due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or supply chain disruptions.

8. Changes to These Terms

8.1 We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The revised version will be posted on our Site and will take immediate effect.
