How do I find my subscription profile?
Go to clooudie.com and click on the login icon.
For Desktop: top right corner, the icon in the middle.
For Mobile: click on the menu with three lines on the left top corner, then find the icon where it says log in next to it at the bottom and click on it.
You will now be asked to log in with your email.
Enter your email, press continue, then enter the 6-digit code that has been sent to your email and press submit.
Now within your clooudie account, go to “Manage Subscriptions”.
For Desktop: On the left side, find the tab where it says “manage subscriptions”.
For Mobile: On the top left menu, click on “manage subscription”.
You are now in your subscriptions profile where you can manage, edit, change and cancel your subscription!
How do I edit my subscription?
In your subscription profile, click “Manage Subscription”.
Choose which subscribed product you would like to edit.
Click “Manage this Subscription”. You can edit the amount and frequency of your subscribed product and press “save changes”.
In your subscription profile,
Click “Manage Subscriptions”.
Choose which subscribed product you would like to cancel.
Click “Manage this Subscription”.
Then “Cancel Subscription”.
Manage Your Subscription
We want to make it easy for you to manage your Clooudie subscription in a way that works best for you. Through your customer portal, you can:
🔄 Swap your product for a different one.
✏️ Edit the quantity for upcoming orders.
📅 Change your next order date.
✅ Reactivate a previously cancelled subscription.
🚚 Skip a shipment if you need a break.
🔢 Adjust your delivery frequency (e.g. switch from one month to two months).
❌ Cancel your subscription at any time.

If you choose to cancel, we’ll kindly ask for your reason to help us improve.
You’ll also have the option to simply pause your subscription instead of cancelling completely — you can skip deliveries for 1 or 2 months.
